Feeding the Geese

Several weeks ago, Liv took a liking to feeding the geese & ducks. This is the 1st video I took of her feeding them; I think this might have actually been her 1st time feeding them too!

The Night Before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas... And my husband decided that it's time for us to bring a new tradition to Christmas Eve: The reading of "The Night Before Christmas". The book he's reading from is from his childhood, and I feel so blessed that we'll now be able to make it a part of our daughter's childhood!

Wanna "Bo" Upstairs?

Every kiddo has his or her own unique little sayings. We certainly think that Livia speaks very well, but even she has certain words that she puts her own little toddler-twist on. "Go" is one of those words -- any time she speaks of going somewhere, it's always "Bo" instead of "Go". Here she is with her Papaw and that cute little word in action:

Bedtime for 'Munchkin Moo'

Just a tiny little piece of Livia's bed-time routine... After we brush her teeth, we always give her "Big Girl Water" which she just loves. And this little pajamas outfit is one of our absolute favorites! Livie will call herself "Munchkin -- MOO!" every time she has it on, and we definitely get a kick out of it.

Daddy-Daughter Time

Perry & Livia reading and cuddling together -- catching up on their "Daddy-Daughter Time". Livia made it very clear almost as soon as her Daddy was home that she needed some special time with him. Liv took Perry by the hand and lead him into her room sso that he could read to her.

Perry has accepted a new job in St. Louis, and until things get completely settled, he's there throughout the week while we're here in Evansville. This was the first time that Livia has had her Daddy away from her this long, and this was her getting to see him after that first long week:
